What if the career you have chosen doesn't work?
For years you have tried to decide what to do with your life.
You have thought about it, prayed about it, and made decisions to move towards it.
You finally made it and should be happy, but somehow everything has become pear-shaped.
Why?
It doesn't matter.
What do I do next?
That is what matters.
If it doesn't work, dust yourself off, take a deep breath, and spin.
You are working towards something else.
You may not even know what this looks like so start thinking and praying and making the decisions that you have already made.
It seems like a waste, but please rest assured it has not.
It was a learning experience.
Most of us were there.
We climbed the mountain, but instead of a wonderful view we had cramps.
Find another mountain.
Don't stay in the valley.
And please do not try to protect yourself from seemingly inevitable disappointments by not following your dreams at all.
