We live in a world in which we have to use our brains increasingly effectively and dynamically.
But are we developing our minds so that we can optimize our skills?

Here are some keys:
Do you have a daily reading routine
Develop reading goals,
Read a lot,
Read authors who stretch you and occasionally with whom you disagree.
If you are in trouble and want to give up, read something that is fun.
Use a highlighter or take notes.
Ask the people you respect for recommendations.
Always have a book with you
If you miss a day, don't worry and don't try to make it up. Just start again the next day.
