There are two more leadership courses available on Physioplus. Conflict management in rehabilitation and balancing time and workload.

Leadership is not only important for those in leadership positions to acquire leadership skills in all areas of our profession. As physiotherapists, we lead paths, teach students, enable patients who don't necessarily want to do exercises, do so much, and use subtle skills to maximize the potential and do the best for our patients. For this reason, our leadership courses on Physioplus are aimed not only at managers, but also at clinicians. Check out our two new courses below to find an example!

These two new courses were written and created by Jason Giesbrecht, a senior health professional and physiotherapist with more than 22 years of experience.

This course shows you different types and behaviors of conflict management and guides you through a step-by-step process of conflict management.

Resolving conflict with these skills

Don't forget to take a look at our other leadership courses. We are up to five in total. We have something for everyone in every role and position.

Other Leadership Courses available on Physioplus

Each course is available separately, so you can collect certificates and CEUs for each course. However, keep in mind that each individual course builds on the knowledge of the other in order to make optimal use of the learning opportunities. We therefore recommend that you complete the program as a whole.

Leadership – Personal Values and Beliefs
Personal Values are general goals that represent what is important to someone. Beliefs are constructs of thought that people apply to themselves, others, the world or the future. Personal values and beliefs guide our behavior and our decisions. A person's beliefs can be positive or negative and true or false. If you analyze beliefs by their polarity and accuracy, you can see where improvements can be made in their lives. This can be achieved by reformulating untrue beliefs and recognizing negative, true beliefs as an opportunity for change.
