I've read a lot of biographies and memoirs and one of the common elements that strikes me is that these incredibly successful and remarkable people had tons of help along the way.

Yes, they are talented, resilient, and hardworking, but they also take plenty of time to thank their parents, spouse, grandparent, mentor, teacher, boss, or casual stranger who had some advice.

If you think you can do it on your own, you are wrong.

And if you think that you have to do it yourself, you are wrong too.

It won't happen in isolation.

It happens when you allow others to travel with you.

If you listen and learn.

When you allow others to help.

When you put your pride aside and find that occasionally someone else knows best.

And if you're looking for ways to assist others in their endeavors.
