You deserve to get up your vibration and feel good about yourself no matter what is going on in the world right now and what is going on in your personal life.

And aside from the fact that you DESERVE living in a high mood, there are so many benefits to being able to put yourself in a state of good feeling.

For example, the more you consciously support yourself in order to feel good, the less you are burdened by things like stress, fear, anxiety and tension.

The more this happens, the better it is for your physical and mental well-being.

And the more that happens, the more you can be present, connected, loving, friendly, communicative and patient in your relationships.

And the more you feel good, the more inspired, creative and innovative you become when you solve problems and find a way to achieve your goals and dreams.

FEELING GOOD is like a superpower for a beautiful life.

And I guess that during the global pandemic, so many people are being affected in very real and deeply challenging ways that it seems like a long stretch to feel good about.

Today I made a list of 11 things to get you into a high-spirited state of gratitude right away.

Take a moment now to feel grateful for each item on this list.

The more you feel good, the more you shift your energy, the more you will experience the benefits I mentioned above …

1. The Internet

Seriously … how lucky are we to be living in an age of ever faster internet and technology ?!

The Internet enables us to instantly communicate with one another all over the world, to see one another, to hear one another and to meet virtually in groups.

It's wonderful! Really!

Have you ever thought about how fucking incredible it is and how much our lives are ACTIVATED by the internet? I am very thankful for that. Are you?

2. Learning & Growth

The ability to learn can never be taken for granted. Whether it's formal or informal education, professional learning for work or development as a person, or learning lessons hands-on the hard way! We are incredibly blessed to have learned and grown in our lifetime.

3. Health

No matter what your health is doing, even if you have health problems, there is SOMETHING in your body that is functioning normally.

Be it your heart or your lungs or your skin or your eyes or your nose or your digestive system or your hands or your throat or your feet … it doesn't matter what is going on with your health, any part of your health is body works!

Turn your attention there and feel deep gratitude for that part of the body or that organ.

The body is an utter miracle, and even if some parts are not working properly, you can simply see how hard the other parts of the body are doing their best to keep going and supporting you. Send love to your body.

4. Adaptability

You are so adaptable. More than you think.

Life throws you a curveball and you step aside, you jump out of the way, you get knocked over and get up again, you heal, you learn, you adapt.

Just make sure that you have 100% everything in your life so far behind you. Here you stand … still, wiser and stronger. Be grateful for how adaptable you are.

5th shelter

Do you sleep under protection?
Do you have a roof under which you can look for cover when it rains?
Do you have the ability to accommodate yourself in less than ideal circumstances?

When you do this, thank you for where you are. If you want better, manifest and create better, but let us always be grateful when our basic human need for protection is met.

6. Free will

How lucky are we as humans to have free will ?!

We can choose what we believe in. We can choose how we want to shape our minds and thoughts. We can choose how we want to respond to our feelings. We can choose the reality we want to live in and how we should respond to life.

To choose that creative ability, to set the direction in our own lives, to get the most out of our position and to create a new tomorrow … that is priceless.

7. Love

I know you are thinking … this should be number 1 on the list !! TRUE! Be grateful for the energy of love. The love you feel for everything in you. The love that others express. There's not much to say about that, except … let's love love!

8. Water

Do you have access to clean water?
Can you turn on a tap and drink from it?

Thank you every time you moisturize your body with a sip of water.
Thank you every time you can wash your body with warm water.

Not everyone has easily accessible clean water. How lucky we are!

Where I live, we only have rainwater (collected from the roof and fed into water tanks). The recent summer drought here was a great reminder of how precious water is and how grateful I am when Mother Nature gives us rain!

9. The greatest teacher of all

Mother Nature will keep popping up to teach you everything you could ever want to know about flow, patience, resilience and grace.

If you ever need to reset your energies, go for nature.
If you ever need peace, go to nature.
If you ever want to hear your inner voice more clearly, go into nature.

Nature supports us, nourishes us, breathes us and teaches us.

10. Community

Name a person you are grateful for to have in your life and hold the love for that person in your heart now. Feel the good vibes.

11. Essen

Wonderful food! The maintenance, the food, the life-giving elements that we need.

But also the flavors, the culture, the experiences, the joy, the delicacies, the eating rituals, the meeting with loved ones around meals, the family dinners, the social events with friends. Eating, eating, cooking … it's a beautiful and fun part of life.

So there you have it … 11 things for which you can now be grateful and which put you in a high vibration energy.

Gratitude is a door to generally feeling good. It helps good vibrations carry over into all the coming moments of your day and helps you face every person and situation from one place of grace.
