Juice is a term used by sports commentators to describe the energy a player brings to the game.

If they are constantly active and busy, they should have plenty of juice.

I recently heard a certain basketball commentator say, "If you are without juice, you are useless."

Wow, that's tough.

But maybe it is also true and maybe the application is valid outside of the court.

People with energy and enthusiasm are wonderful to work with.

You make the work more exciting and positive.

They help to get the pulse of the people around them.

And to be honest, they do more.

Conversely, there are few things worse than working with someone who gets up and leaves.

It's boring and exhausting.

It's annoying.

The days seem to be dragging along and productivity is falling.

What's your juice content like?

Are you up and away?
